Client closing gifts, sent the day the deal signs
The contract is signed and the relationship is one week old. The client closing gift you send in that week sets the tone for every renewal conversation after it.
Free forever. No card, no contracts, no minimums.
The gift arrives after the moment does
Nobody forgets the client who just signed. The rep does not know whether they drink coffee or wine, the shipping address is missing, the swag vendor wants a minimum order, and finance wants one invoice. Two weeks later the deal is old news, the champion has moved on to onboarding, and the gift is still an open tab in someone's browser.
Three moments for a client closing gift
Between them they cover the cold open, the signature, and the year that decides the renewal.
Open the cold door
Attach a small gift to the outreach that has been going unanswered. A coffee on you is a reason to reply that a follow-up email does not have.
A $5 coffee gets read. A fourth cold email gets archived.
Send on signature
Set a gift value per deal size and send it the day the contract comes back. The client picks what it turns into, so nobody has to guess at wine, chocolate or headphones.
Day one of the relationship is cheaper than month eleven.
Keep the account warm
Send something at the first quarter, the first anniversary, the day they go live. Small and on time beats large and annual.
The renewal is decided months before the renewal call.
Pick a budget, send a link
Set the gift value
Gifts run from $5 to $1,000 with no minimums, so a prospecting coffee and a seven-figure closing gift both come out of the same account.
Send the link
One link per recipient, by email. You do not need a shipping address unless they choose something physical, and then they enter it themselves.
Read the report
See what was sent, opened and used. Resend, re-gift or cancel any of it, and set expirations so nothing sits open forever.
Five minutes from sign-up to your first gift.
You set the budget. They pick the thing.
Gift cards are where most sales teams start, and they are not the whole catalog. A client can put one gift toward a card, a physical gift, or your branded swag in a size they actually wear.

A closing gift costs less than a lost renewal
The gift is not why they renew, but it is the cheapest reminder that a person is on the other end of the contract.
Send it the day the deal closes, let the client choose what arrives, and put the whole budget into the gift rather than a share of it into a license.
Client closing gift questions
When should a client closing gift arrive?
The week the deal signs, while the relationship is new. A gift link can go out the same day, about five minutes from sign-up, and the client picks what they want from 4,500+ gift card brands.
What does this cost our sales team?
There is no platform fee, no user fee and no minimum. You pay the face value of the gifts you send and nothing else. ACH and wire are free. Credit card 3%. International FX 5%.
Can I cancel a gift after I send it?
Yes. Resend, re-gift or cancel, no questions asked, and set an expiration so nothing stays open indefinitely. Unredeemed gifts come back to you at 100% within 72 hours and 75% up to two years.
Does the client have to create an account?
Only if they redeem through the platform. They open a link, choose what they want, and enter delivery details if the gift is physical.
Can I send to clients outside the US?
Yes. Gift links work in 150+ countries and the catalog carries 4,500+ gift card brands in local currency, so a prospect in Manila and one in Manchester both get something they can spend.
Is there a minimum order for branded swag?
No. Swag is printed on demand from the catalog with single product fulfillment, so there are no minimum orders and no contracts, and the recipient picks their own size.

Client appreciation gifts
The fruit basket gets left in the break room and the branded wine gets regifted by New Year.
Global gifting
A gift should not get worse the further it travels from headquarters.
Physical corporate gifts
Choosing one physical gift for everyone on the payroll is a gamble, which is why most companies fall back on a card.
Corporate Christmas gifts
Every December you owe a thank-you to the clients who chose you and the team that delivered all year.
