Frequently asked

Is there really no platform fee?

There is really no platform fee. You pay the face value of the gifts you send. ACH and wire are free. Credit card 3%. International FX 5%. Both of those belong to the payment network, not to Gifted.

How many people can I give sending rights to?

As many as you want. There are no per-user or per-seat charges, so adding a manager costs nothing, and permissions are granular per person.

Can I cancel a gift after it has been sent?

Yes, as long as it has not been redeemed. Cancel it in the dashboard and the money returns to your balance.
