What can I filter a report by?

Team, budget, date range or program. Filter the view first, then export it, so accounting gets the cut they asked for rather than the whole year.

What happens to gifts nobody redeems?

The money comes back. Unredeemed gifts are refunded 100% within 72 hours, and 75% for up to two years after that. You can also cancel an unredeemed gift yourself and the balance returns immediately.

Who on my team can see the reports?

Anyone you give dashboard access to. There are no per-seat charges, so adding your finance lead or a regional manager costs nothing, and permissions are set per person.
