She basically did everything for me and emailed me personally with all the details I needed."

"I chose a jet ski excursion during sunset. As a tourist, I ended up going to the wrong place, but the tour guides were incredibly accommodating - they came to meet me instead of having me search around. They gave me all the safety gear, instructions, and precautions. The experience itself was amazing - clear views of the city and high rises during sunset. It felt like Miami but better because you're in Colombia."
