New hire welcome kits that make day one feel expected
A new hire decides how they feel about a company in the first hour, long before the onboarding deck. Gifted puts a new hire welcome kit on their doorstep on the day they start, without anyone on your team packing a box.
Free forever. No card, no contracts, no minimums.
Welcome kits arrive weeks after day one
Nobody plans for the box to land in week three. The vendor wants a minimum order, the addresses sit in three different places, and someone in HR has to remember to ship it before Monday. So the swag gets bought in bulk, stacked in the corner of the office, and sent whenever there is a free afternoon.
Three ways new hire welcome kits fix day one
Between them, these cover almost everything that makes a welcome kit late.
Ship on the start date
Kits go out when a new hire appears in your HRIS, with the shipping address pulled from your employee directory. Nobody has to remember Monday.
The reminder that never gets snoozed.
Order what you need
No minimum order and no boxes in the corner of the office. We hold the stock, so a team hiring two people this month buys two kits.
Nobody should buy 300 hoodies to welcome nine people.
Build the kit you want
Start from a curated kit at $75, $100, $150 or $300, or tell us what you have in mind and we build it. Add a custom note to each one.
The note is the part they keep.
What goes in a new hire swag box
Start from a curated kit or build your own. Here is a good place to start; untick what you would skip.

Forty-five integrations. New hires and their shipping details come across on their own, so nothing gets chased in a group chat.
Pick the kit and budget
Choose a tier for every new hire, or a different one for interns, engineers and executives. The kit is assigned the moment a start date lands.
Watch it from one place
Every kit is tracked in the dashboard. You see what shipped, what was opened, and which address still needs confirming.
Five minutes from sign-up to your first kit.
A welcome kit is not only swag
Branded items are where most teams start, and they are not the whole catalog. The same budget can go to 1,988 curated products, gift cards from 4,500+ brands in 150+ countries, or a mix of both.

A good first day is mostly a logistics problem
Teams rarely fail at wanting to welcome people well; they fail at vendors, minimums and addresses.
Let the start date trigger the kit, buy only what you need, and put the whole budget into the box rather than a share of it into a license.
Welcome kit questions
How much does a welcome kit cost?
Pre-curated kits start at $75 and run to $100, $150 and $300. You pay for the kits and nothing else. There is no platform fee, no user fee and no minimum. ACH and wire are free. Credit card 3%. International FX 5%.
Do we have to order in bulk or store anything?
No. There are no minimum order requirements and we hold the stock, so nothing sits in a closet at your office. If you do order in quantities of 25, 50 or 100, the price per kit comes down.
How does the kit know where to ship?
Our HRIS integration pulls shipping details from your employee directory when a new hire is added. If you do not use an HRIS, upload a CSV or add people manually.
Can we welcome hires outside the US?
Yes. Gift links work in 150+ countries and the catalog carries 4,500+ gift card brands in local currency, so a new hire in Manila and one in Manchester both get something they can use.
What if a gift is never redeemed?
You get the money back. 100% within 72 hours, and 75% up to two years.
