Why does Paylocity need a PADE form?

Paylocity requires it before any partner can read your data. Request it from your account admin or from service@paylocity.com, return it, and the connection follows.

Does the integration cost anything?

No. The platform fee is $0, there is no charge to connect an HRIS and no per-employee fee. You pay for gifts and nothing else.

What data does Gifted store?

Only the fields listed above, and only for the people in scope. Gifted is ISO 27001 certified and both GDPR and CCPA compliant.

What happens when someone leaves?

Their scheduled gifts stop. Gifted reads employment status from Paylocity, so nothing is sent to a person who is no longer there.
