Frequently asked

Does the integration cost anything?

No. There is no charge to connect TriNet and no per-employee fee. The platform fee is $0 and you pay for gifts only.

What data does Gifted store?

Only the fields listed above, and only for the people in scope. Gifted is ISO 27001 certified and both GDPR and CCPA compliant.

What happens when someone leaves?

Their scheduled gifts stop. Gifted reads employment status from TriNet, so nothing is sent to a person who is no longer there.

Can I still send gifts outside the automated campaigns?

Yes. The same people list powers one-off sends and bulk sends, across 4,500+ brands in 150+ countries.
