Does adding a user cost anything?

No. There are no per-user or per-seat charges and no spend minimums per person, so you can add every manager on day one. You pay the face value of the gifts that get sent, and nothing else.

Can I stop someone from spending too much?

Yes. Every user has a budget limit you set, and you choose which gifting features they can reach, including occasions, resends and cancellations. Change any of it later without removing the person.

Which HR platforms can I connect?

BambooHR, Rippling, HiBob, Workday, ADP, Paychex, UKG, Deel, Gusto, Paylocity, TriNet, Namely and Remote. All 13 are included at no cost, and you can upload a CSV instead if you prefer.
