Employee recognition software

Employee recognition while it still means something

The thank-you that lands the week it was earned is worth more than the one that arrives at the annual review. Gifted is employee recognition software that makes the fast one easy enough that it actually happens.

Free forever. No card, no contracts, no minimums.

The problem

Recognition fails on logistics, not on intent

Nobody sets out to skip a work anniversary. The date lived in a spreadsheet, the approval took four days, and by the time the gift arrived the moment had passed. Managers know exactly who deserves the thank-you; what they lack is a way to send it in the ninety seconds between two meetings.

The solution

Three moments worth automating

Start with these. Between them they cover most of what a team means when it says it wants a recognition program.

Colleagues gathered around a coworker at her desk as she opens a small wrapped gift

Automate the dates

Birthdays and work anniversaries sync from your HRIS and send themselves at the tier you set.

Year one and year ten can differ without anyone tracking it.

Let managers send

Give each manager a monthly budget they can spend without an approval queue.

A $30 thank-you on Tuesday beats a $100 one signed off twice.

Open it to everyone

Peer recognition costs nothing per user, so there is no reason to ration who can say thank you.

The people who see the work rarely sign the budget.

What recognition looks like

Four kinds of employee recognition, one program

Recognition is not one thing. The strongest programs run all four at once, from the automatic milestone to the thank-you from the next desk, on the same budget and the same report.

The math

What an employee recognition program costs

Move the sliders to your team. On Gifted the gift budget is the whole bill: no platform fee, no per-seat license, and nothing unredeemed is lost.

Every dollar in the budget line reaches a person. Unredeemed gifts come back to your balance.

Why would you want your budget to go towards a platform, when every dollar can go to your best asset?

In short

A recognition program is a leadership habit with a budget attached

The software is not the hard part. Making the thank-you fast enough that a busy manager actually sends it is.

Automate the dates that never change, hand the rest to the people who see the work, and put the whole budget into the gift rather than a share of it into a license.

Questions

Employee recognition questions

How is recognition free?

Gifted charges no platform fee, no user fee and no minimum. You pay the face value of the gifts you send and nothing else. ACH and wire are free. Credit card 3%. International FX 5%.

Do recipients have to create an account?

Only if they redeem through the platform. They open a link, choose what they want, and enter delivery details if the gift is physical.

What if someone never opens their gift?

You get the money back. 100% within 72 hours, and 75% up to two years.

Can I recognize people outside the US?

Yes. Gift links work in 150+ countries and the catalog carries 4,500+ gift card brands, so a recipient in Manila and one in Manchester both get something they can use.

Does it work if we do not have an HRIS?

Yes. Upload a CSV or add people manually. The integration saves you maintenance, it is not a requirement.

Can managers send without going through HR?

Yes. Give a manager a budget and they can send inside it. You keep the reporting, and they stop waiting on approvals for a $25 thank-you.
