Introducing the People Report

The People Report is a new feature in your Gifted account that provides detailed insights into your gifting activities, organized according to individual recipients.

Here's how it can benefit your organization:

• Comprehensive Employee Gift Tracking: Effortlessly track all gifts sent, filtered by recipient.
• Abundant Information: View the number of gifts an individual has received over a specific period, check for unused balances, and access detailed financial and tax information.
• Time Saving Tool: Ideal for larger team leads and HR managers needing to report filtered and detailed information to their finance team at the click of a button.
• Exportable Data: Send reports via Excel or CSV for further analysis, discussion and reporting.

Introducing the Weekly Report

The Weekly Report is sent to the admin(s) on your Gifted account every Friday.  It provides a concise summary of your company’s gifting activities, helping you stay organized and prepared for the week ahead.

• Weekly Wrap-Up: A brief overview of the number of gifts sent over the past week and the thank-you messages received.
• Upcoming Preview: View the number of gifts scheduled for the upcoming week, their send dates and times, and the total balance required in your account to fund these gifts.
• Funds Management: Use the link to quickly top up your account balance using your preferred payment method.
• Holiday Reminders: Stay ahead of upcoming holiday gifting with quick links to easily create campaigns.
