How To Gift Your WFH Employees To Keep Motivation High

You want your employees to be able to thrive, and how their home offices are set up can have an impact on this and their productivity. We’re not saying kit them out with multiple screens and new laptops, but at the very least, you could look into making sure that your employees have an ergonomic office chair and desk.

Provide lunch

Just because you don’t see your employees in person doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy lunch together – virtually, that is. It’s essential to keep in mind the social aspect no longer present when working from home. Where employees were once able to greet each coming in every morning or catch up over a coffee break, the average work-from-home employee may now be reduced to only seeing family.
