Frequently asked

Does the integration cost anything?

No. The platform fee is $0 and there is no per-employee charge for connecting Deel. You pay for gifts, and ACH and wire funding is free.

Does it cover contractors as well as employees?

Yes. Gifted reads worker type from Deel, so contractors and employees can sit in the same campaign or in separate budgets with separate amounts.

What data does Gifted store?

Only the fields listed above, and only for the people in scope. Gifted is ISO 27001 certified and both GDPR and CCPA compliant.

What happens when someone leaves?

Their scheduled gifts stop. Gifted reads status from Deel, so nothing goes to a person who is no longer on the team, and unclaimed gifts are refunded.
