Before Gifted, recognition took more manual work and coordination than it should, and involved several vendors that created extra moving pieces for the team running the program making it harder to maintain consistency.

Foundever wanted a recognition program that could run reliably without requiring constant tracking and follow-up behind the scenes. With less time spent coordinating, the team could focus on delivering a better employee experience instead of chasing logistics.
